Please click on "lost password" on top of the application form, and enter the email address you provided when you first accessed the website. An email with your access data will be sent to your account.

We invite both individual participation as well as delegations from National Societies. There is no limit in number of participants per National Society.
Please note that the places will be filled on first come - first served basis. We will register individuals until we have met full capacity at the camp. To guarantee participation within the events, it is strongly recommended to complete the registration as early as possible.

Each participant will have to pay a fee of 5 Euros to take part to the torchlight procession.
The accommodation in tent costs 13 Euro for the first night and 5 Euro for each night after the first.
If you would like to eat in the camp, you may buy food tickets when registering online. The food tickets' costs are:

Lunch and dinner include first course, second course, side dish, fruit and water.
During the torchlight procession, on the 26th of June, a lunch box will be given to the participants
who have purchased it when registering online. The cost of the lunch box is 7 Euros.
Transportation to/from the railway station of Desenzano del Garda and from the airports listed is free.

We will register individuals until we have met full capacity at the camp. To guarantee participation within the events, it is strongly recommended to complete the registration as early as possible. The final deadline for sending by fax a copy of the bank transfer confirming the inscription, is the 17th of June 2010.

Sleeping is arranged in tents and guests are requested to bring their own sleeping bags.

There is possibility that members from the same delegation can stay together, given the availability.

The Camp is located near Solferino, in the province of Mantova. You can reach it by:

Transportation to the Camp is provided from/to Desenzano del Garda train station, five kilometres from Solferino.
Shuttle service is provided to and from the airports (Linate and Malpensa), Verona (V. Catullo - Villafranca) and Orio al Serio. Guests arriving in airports other than those listed will need to organize their own transportation to Desenzano del Garda railway station, to meet the Red Cross Red Crescent bus service to the Camp.
Regional trains from Milan, Verona and other cities in northern Italy run to Desenzano del Garda station with direct connections. See train timetable at trenitalia.com
Those who would like to use the shuttle service must indicate it when registering online, providing with place and time of arrival and departure.

Each participant can choose between individual and/or group payment solutions. Payment can be made by bank transfer. If you choose a group payment solution, we will let you know the total amount due.
